For Adult Day Care

The following individuals benefit from Adult Day Care Services:

• Adults with functional/physical disabilities
• Cognitively Impaired Adult (Dementia or Alzheimer’s)
• Isolated elders who would benefit from social interaction
• Frail elders
• Adults who suffer from chronic illnesses such as: (arthritis, fibromyalgia, orthopedic limitations)
• Families and caregivers who desire to keep their loved ones at home, while they remain in the workforce

For In-Home Care

We support individuals facing physical, cognitive, or social challenges through reliable in-home care services, including:

• Adults of all ages (18 and older)
• Adults with functional or physical disabilities
• Cognitively impaired adults (Dementia or Alzheimer’s)
• Frail elders
• Adults with chronic illnesses (arthritis, diabetes, fibromyalgia, hypertension, obesity and/or orthopedic limitations, etc.)
• Isolated elders who benefit from social interaction
