The following individuals are eligible and can benefit from adult day care services:

• Adults with functional/physical disabilities
• Cognitively Impaired Adult (Dementia or Alzheimer’s)
• Isolated elders who would benefit from social interaction
• Frail elders
• Adults who suffer from chronic illnesses such as: (arthritis, fibromyalgia, orthopedic limitations)
• Families and caregivers who desire to keep their loved ones at home while they remain in the workforce
